A great place to bring the kids and go on a hike. We had fun today at Huckleberry Park! Or as Dusty called it Uncle Berry's park/Forest. We even fount a treasure chest! We signed our name and date and put it right back for someone else to find! We played find the nature spirits(from Frozen 2) on our hike.
The dog and I really enjoyed the trails here! Very much a walk in nature. It was surprising how far I walked considering how tiny it looks at first glance! Was very pleased.
Pretty decent trail options. Covered bench seating and a small playground. Love the steel and concrete canopies and signage designed and built by LATech's Architecture students. Lovely place to visit in a ll seasons, and not a far drive out.
My GSD is very nervous in open spaces. The wooded paths provide lots of cover for a great outdoor experience with her. We always carry a mess bag incase she handles business and there are waste baskets at the park entrance for convenience!
