Confirmed from Lincoln Parish Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Woodland park with mountain biking trails of varying elevations, plus a swimming lake & campsites.
What runners say about Lincoln Parish Park
“Although the restroom building is dated, it is clean and was comfortingly warm on a cold 27 degree morning.”
“Easy access off interstate but secluded with lots of trees surrounding a beautiful lake with large sites.”
“Waterfall was not flowing but seems like it would be quite peaceful when it is.”
Great park, beautiful scenery, AWESOME MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS!!!!!!! Some of the best there is to be found! Lots of time and resources have gone into the creation and upgrading of the trails with more to come! Everything from beginners and kids trails to advanced downhill, and tandem slalom.
This is a really beautiful campground! Even in January. The RV spots on the lake edge are like balcony sites. They are elevated and fences giving a very dramatic yet peaceful feel. The tent sites are in deep woods and rustic.
Gorgeous park!!! Well kept and lots of places to go. There is a walking trail going around the lake, beach (season based), and trails in the woods that are easy to follow. The park is very kid friendly with different areas for different ages.
We were coming home to Texas from Virginia Beach, Va. (Updated for correction)Found Lincoln Parish park. It was so nice we decided to stay 2 nights to rest up. Wonderful, beautiful park covered in tall pines. Clean, well maintained. Great RV sites. Lots of hiking trails.
