Hunsicker’s Grove is located at 9350 Longswamp Rd, Mertztown, in Berks County PA 19539. The park is named after Mr. Hunsicker himself. This is a nice park. The day for my first time visit was Wednesday June 12, 2019.
Nice place for a walk. A lot of wild life to watch . Picnic area. Fishing requires a badge from Chris' bait and tackle. $10.00.
A great quiet park with a pond for fishing. There is a short .5 mile hike that is great for beginners and young ones.
A fantastic place to fish. It is an Old quarry that is stocked with trout. It also has a population of bass and catfish and bluegill. There is a path around the lake as well as a pavilion with a full kitchen and bathrooms. There are additional Fields where you can play sports like soccer and volleyball.
