Confirmed from Huntington Acres Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Clean, safe park, connected to Tommy Davis Park. Great for 30 min walk. 2 different children's play areas connected to long park. Relaxing lounge area for quiet space. Small parking areas off Orchard St.

What a gem!! Loved the little creek, windy pathway, tall grasses along with current and plum bushes. Incredible. And the landscape of the surrounding houses on the side of the path makes this walk even more interesting.

Huntington Acres Park is a little gem in the middle of Suburbia. They have done a great job marrying practicality for humans with practicality for our bird, plant and fish friends. There's an extensive Greenway for walking your dog or yourself, with underpasses when necessary.

Such a beautiful park! We couldn't believe how well-planned this park is. It allows for rain-runoff near large buildings, but includes nature habitats, as well as beautiful trails and sitting areas. The trails continue on and take you to an extended area of the park that's even bigger and better.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
