Confirmed from Tommy Davis Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tree-lined, well-kept neighborhood park featuring paved paths, a playground and basketball courts.

“This is beautiful park for walking trails, open gym equipments, basketball court, volleyball court, kids play area, sandbox.”
Absolutely gorgeous park. Well-maintained and there is a lovely playground, basketball court, and volleyball court. In addition, there are workout stations and incredible views, beautiful trees, and great walking trails. It's a lovely place to spend for a couple of hours.
The park is beautiful and very special to us. It's where we first met our rescued dachshund. Unfortunately, we had to leave quickly today due to so many dogs being off leash. Other people left with their small dogs and kids as well. The city of Greenwood Village requires dogs to be on a leash.
This is beautiful park for walking trails, open gym equipments, basketball court, volleyball court, kids play area, sandbox.. kids play area contains lot of instruments like slides, swings, sandbox, zip line.. liked it a lot..
I love to walk around in this park when the weather is nice outside. It is beautiful.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
