We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Hurricane Hill Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Hurricane Hill Trailhead
This is a hidden gem in the community. Many miles of trails traversing a picturesque landscape. The view from the top of Beacon Hill is surprisingly long ranging relative to it's modest height. Great for dogs and small children. Be advised that many folks will run their dogs off leash though.
Was in the area for a swim meet I couldn’t attend due to pandemic, so looked up this hike. Great little rollers and not crowded at all which is awesome. Thanks to those who maintain the trails as with the leaves down it was hard to follow the Pine Drop ascent without them. Rest of the trails really well marked.
Great ride.Lots of intersections, so if you're not riding with someone who knows the trails, it's worth planning your route. Otherwise, you end up stopping frequently to decide which way you need to go.
