Confirmed from Ignacio Haya Linear Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Riverside park featuring an ornate bench with inset glass ornaments.
What runners say about Ignacio Haya Linear Park
“Beautiful little Riverside Park I'm actually working putting a satellite cell tower up for 5G Network so it's very pleasant working experience!”
“A very nice park by the river which I happen to walk my dog at.”
This place is looked at as mostly a dog-walking spot it's really peaceful and calm though cuz it's not a lot of activity a lot of joggers go by it's just a quiet little neighborhood spot you can just get it get away and if it if you would like to sit down and have a peaceful day out by the water is benches out there…
New park I discovered near the house I just bought in Tampa. Pretty little walk along the river with a floating dock and kayak launch. I was pleased to see there was a sidewalk that went under the bridge at Hillsborough Ave so that you don't have to cross the busy road to get to that neighborhood, as I have friends…
This park is near my house and it is very clean and orderly. A very nice park by the river which I happen to walk my dog at. The people I meet here are great too. Not really much else I can say.
Great walk along the river. There are a few enhancements I could do, It would be nice if there was a path a little closer to the river including a small bridge like they have at ulele.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
