Confirmed from Island Jogging Path's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Island Jogging Path
“Some areas are not finished, but it's really nice, great place for a walk, a jog, get the four-legged fur babies out,”
After I ran it, my Nike run app says its 4.39 miles. Great little route!
A very nice circuit path that loops around the island that is easily accessible after crossing the London Bridge. Along the paved path you will find a butterfly garden, benches and scenic additions that compliment the nice people you will meet along the way.
Love this path but it is not only .9 miles , it's just about 5 from my camp site on NB on crazy horse. Upkeep is pretty nice too.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
