Nice open area, includes a good walking/jogging area and plenty of room for the kids to run around, especially if you come with a big party of kids that enjoy the open space to let out some energy and fun. It includes playgrounds for the toddlers, with limited options though.
Lots of playground toys for kids and tennis courts for older folks. The bathrooms were clean and there are tons of birds to watch- even a couple of turtles too! There's a paved walking path meandering around different ponds perfect for dog walking or bird watching. There are picnic benches for eating near the toys.

Jarboe Park has a little bit of of something for everyone. Even a community garden, anyone can walk through the garden but the veggies are for the members. Perhaps you will bump into one and I'm sure that they will be happy to share some with you.
