Enjoyable. Had 4 public restrooms that opens at 8am. Walking has volley ball net. Has statues sculptures with info & a walking path. Has handicap accessible ramp and steps to beach. Get there early for parking spots.
Definitely a nice place to spend the day- grab a bit of sun, sand, and fun with the family. Beach is clean and ease access. The memorial is very nicely done and cared for. The beach stretch is great for family to play or walk or collect shells. Spend the day or just a quick stop.

The beach was really nice. But it has a huge pipe running the length of the beach. I think they were dredging.
