Confirmed from Jaycee Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Jaycee Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (404 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 7 mentions

“My kids love this place it is their second favorite park we go often and just always have a good time and the restrooms are usually pretty clean.”

Very clean park except for the bathrooms, had to go in on one of my walks and was flushing toilets ,were dirty. I understand but people go to the bathrooms and forget to flush and i know its very hard to keep clean but if i am around ,and if i need to go ,and see dirty toilet will flush it .

Had a good and productive walk/run at this park. It's very open and no shade at all. I do like this park if i am walking alone as it is open and there is a busy road beside it. Went early on a Saturday morning and its a very popular place for walkers.🏃‍♀️

Good sized park with a 1/2 mile outer loop walking trail. Glad to see it was being used, as some Mission parks I have visited had few other people there.

It's a nice park. The only negative thing I'd have to say about my experience was that there was a lot of stickers (weeds) all over the grass. I don't that that's an ideal place for children to run around safely. On the other hand, there is a lot of places to sit, and it's a pretty popular park to locals.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
