Only the beginning trail is very flat and easy to walk. The rest of the loops have rocks and roots with changes in elevation. A trail map is at the end of the initial flat section Quiet and not heavily used. There is a pretty, but small stream with a small waterfall.
Trails are nicely maintained. Waterfall is very pretty. Great for mushroom hunting. Some hill climbing to be aware of if you have trouble with elevation. Geocache located inside as well!
It has beautiful trees that are very old. The trails are well maintained. It is a great hike that the family can complete. Also the are greats pictures to take as well.
Relatively easy hike. No major elevation changes. Some trails are easier to follow than others. Lots of places to sit and take a break if needed.
