Confirmed from Kane Road Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground and trails that winds through the woods.
What runners say about Kane Road Park
“Small parking lot and only 1 porta potty, but both are clean most of the time.”
This park was really sweet. There were picnic tables and plenty of grassy areas to play on. There were little forest paths up the hill and there is a lovely playground. It is near fire stations so make sure to park tightly into a parking space.
Lots of variety of play equipment, a field to play in, trails, picnic tables. Plus the kids love seeing the fire trucks at the station right there. As a mom, the fire station gives me an extra sense of safety.
It's great, I take my kiddo here all the time, nice big grass area we throw frisbee and sober small walking trails with a tiny bit of incline to stretch legs on. Not huge, I don't mean overstate these "trails", but woodsy paths on either side that are nice diversion as well. Pheasant small park, not very crowded.
Nice park behind the fire department surrounded by frenced in woods with a small playground about 3 tables and a grill, large open field and a handful of little trails in said woods. The parks and woods is also surrounded by neighborhoods so the park seems pretty active on a nice day.
Trail conditions & character

“There was little to no shade over the play structures but it was cool enough with the trees around us that my children were okay with it.”

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
