Confirmed from Keenan Crossing Trail Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Very nice trail can lead you to las colinas from one side or to Sam Houston trail (valley ranch) from the other side, it is located in the La Villita compound which also is a great place to visit and take a small walk around the lake and watch the birds and ducks also some playgrounds for kids .

Best way to unwind the evening also the mornings. It’s wide, clean and well maintained trail. One of the best place to view the golden hours and also a great place to view moon rises. There are workout equipment’s installed as well. I finish my 4 miles walk in this trail.

★★★★☆ — Architta , Oct 2021

Very clean and well maintained trail. People usually bike or walk. Its gets too hot in summers as there aren’t much trees to provide shade. There aren’t any restrooms/ water fountain as well.

★★★★☆ — M , Jul 2023

It's a nice open trail, for bicycles and skates. But not very good for hiking. Not scenic enough for my liking. But it is a nice concrete trail.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
