Confirmed from Keiser Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Lots of room for all kinds of parties with a stage and bathrooms. The annual trick or treat trail is held here along with a 4th of July spectacular fireworks show. Complete with baseball and soccer fields, a playground and walking trails. Plenty of parking with overflow parking.

Great park for families. Lots of shade and has a train run by a volunteer group. I don't know the normal hours but we were there on a Saturday afternoon. Also has a playground a swings. There is a restroom on site but we didn't use it so I didn't see inside.

★★★★★ — Crystal , Jul 2025

A nice clean park, and lots to do. Play basketball or run some bases on the baseball fields, or bring your kids to the play structures. I wish I could ride around with my skateboard near the trail, though. Overall, good experience!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 9 mentions

“Came for the hot air balloon classic which is surprisingly not dog friendly (service animals only).”

  • At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
