Confirmed from Kennedy Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Big, popular park with a playground, petting zoo & train, plus greenery, trails & picnic areas.
What runners say about Kennedy Park
“Well staffed, super clean, lots of parking, central location for the area, with many picnic tables, covered reservable areas and fully grown trees about.”
“Very beautiful place, this playground has everything that children like: a train, a carousel, slides, big picnic area.”
“Great playground for kids of all ages.”
Juneteenth weekend was a blast. Miss had a great time in farmland Park playground. There were able to run all over the park plus rife the train, go dizzy riding in the teacups and if the carousel was open we would do that also.
Such a fun park experience 🚂🌳☀️🤩 The park is super clean, has tons of beautiful green grass, and so much open space to comfortably coexist with other families and groups without feeling crowded.
Trail conditions & character
“Snack bar, clean restrooms with lots of side (though no changing table in the men's which was kind of annoying), and a diverse and friendly crowd.”
