Confirmed from Kerber Pond Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Kerber Pond Park
“Beautiful scenery, only 10 minutes walk from where I live (Cham View Apartments).”
“Quaint, quiet pond, about 1 mile around, full of pollinators, geese, ducks, a heron and much more nature.”
It is a small lake, or you can call it a big pond. Though the main trail is paved, there are unpaved trails too to meet the preferences of the users. Natural habitat is well preserved.
Gorgeous and relaxing area. Very peaceful. Trails are beautiful. Residents are very kind.
Well-shaded grass trail circumnavigates Pond Park, ~0.7 miles. Ground is uneven and sloped toward pond, so may be challenging for strollers or those with poor balance. There is a bench to rest and watch wildlife. Resident wood ducks, muskrats are common.
This is a very small pond park that has been there as long as I have lived in the area. I used to play there when I was young, it’s fun to go walk around the area, not much has changed. It’s not bad in the winter either. I always see deer up close. The beavers can usually be seen too.
