Confirmed from Kevin Hammersmith Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly, pet-friendly destination comprising playground areas and sporting facilities.
What runners say about Kevin Hammersmith Memorial Park
“The diamonds are all well kept and the waterpark area was incredible.”
“Would like to see picnic tables or benches under the shade by the water park.”
Love this little park. The only downside and it has nothing to do with the park but with the parents who just let their 10y+ kids run, climb on the outside of the structures, push the little kids down and don't supervise them, or correct them if they are even there. The park itself is great.
I came across this park just looking for somewhere to go and read my book. It is very clean, colorful and looks user-friendly for kids. The kids seem to be enjoying themselves. I believe that I also saw a walking track.
What a great park! We really enjoy the walking path, my kiddo loves the playground and splash pad. So glad to have something like this for free in the area!
It's a new park and it shows. Lots to do for kids of all ages. There is a splash pad with shade for watching parents. There are areas for picnics, baseball games, basketball games, there are restrooms, and drink machines. There is a walking path around the park and an area for independent exercise.
