Very beautiful views of the Ohio River, the trails are nice and long with plenty of greenery.
Even though the cabin was burned down,this is a nice peaceful place to spend a little time walking around. there is a Good view of the River & Island from The cabin site, and it usually receives a great breeze from off The river.
Nice little park, clean and well kept. I like the historic value of the park. To imagine what things must have looked like to Lewis and Clark. I would have liked to seen the unspoiled beauty of the river and landscape as they did. There are a few picnic tables here and there too.
Beautiful place to walk around so much nature to many wild animals to look around there and history to learn. Sadly few years a go then house was on fire. And nobody has done anything about it hopefully the city can fix it because its very important for our community and visitors.
