Confirmed from Kewannee Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful and spacious park to go relax, take a walk, or take the kids too. This is my favorite park in the area. I love the playground, the trails, and scenic views. There is a bathroom on location.

The wooden trail is only a quarter mile and dumps out at at road that doesn’t have a sidewalk. I came out expecting to take a real walk but the walk was over quickly. Beautiful, though. Don’t paint and write on the benches. I see earlier photos of a green bench. The city has scraped that off.

Nature trail is easy to navigate and almost all shade. The boardwalk is very slick and damp. The sun does not get to it so it stays damp. Connects to a bike trail. Nice large playground. Well shaded. Fenced in but no gates on the entrances.

My daughter and I love this park. It is clean and pretty. Offers trails, courts and two playground that have unique obstacles for kids. We always enjoy our time.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 12 mentions
