Nice spot with a really pretty pond in there. Not much for a parking lot but some spaces where you can pull over for parking. The North-South trail runs through here. This isn't actually a state park as there is no record of it on the official DEEP website and has few amenities.
Killingly Pond State Park / Reserve is a beautiful place to go fishing or take a hike. There's a boat launch off of Pond Road where you can put Kayakes in or other small craft. The water is very clean and there's plenty of fish to catch off shore.
