We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Pulaski State Park and Recreational Area yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quiet and free, wooded park with a beach and hiking trails for all ages plus a pond for fishing.

“Its peaceful and the kids have a great time fishing, looking at the tadpole, playing in the sand and clean water to swim in.”
“I had so much fun running through this well-maintained gravel path through a beautiful forest.”
“A quiet, tucked-away state park the straddles the border with Connecticut, this is probably the most quaint state park I’ve been to in RI so far.”
The Pulaski state park is a secret GEM in the northeast corner of Rhode Island! If you can be there during the weekdays, you will find a wonderful, quiet piece of nature. It's go a beautiful lake, with a sandy wading beach (no power boats either!). The beach is staffed by a DEM employee during the summer.
A quiet, tucked-away state park the straddles the border with Connecticut, this is probably the most quaint state park I’ve been to in RI so far. That’s not to say it doesn’t offer a lot, though. There’s a great trail system with clear markings, and during the winter several of them are accessible with snowmobiles.
Lovely place to go for a hike and enjoy nature. Has clean facilities and a nice little beach to go swimming in the summer months.
Beautiful, quiet fresh water beach that is nice to take your children to. There are lifeguards on duty. Definitely a bit of piece of mind. Never crowded. Great place to cookout or have a picnic. Nice place to go hiking. Truly a hidden gem.
