Confirmed from Kings Island Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Kings Island Park
Lovely little spot. It can be hard to find longer trails in the area, and this is great option for a hike or run, as you can connect to other trails both north and south. Main loop around island is 4.3mi, with options to shorten, see photos - on the wooden map, you'll need to zoom to see small text on map.
King’s Island is connected to beautiful Jack Island by a small land bridge and can be accessed from Queens Rd. There is a main path along the perimeter of the park plus a rustic trail (enter at your own risk) with two points along the trail, each one having a covered rest area.
Trail conditions & character
“$2 parking fee (cash, exact change) due to parking fee box.”
