Confirmed from Klipstine Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean and well maintained family-friendly green space featuring a jogging path and climbing equipment, plus musical events.
What runners say about Klipstine Park
“Nice well kept playground, close to lots of food joints, where you can grab a bite to eat & have a picnic in the park.”
“Very nice park, lots of equipment for all the kids to play on, lots of shade, and ample parking.”
“Good variety of play equipment for kids of all ages.”
I "found" this Park while looking for something close for Bear the Blue Healer to do his duty. Quite the cool little place. Has a nice gritty kinda circle-ish path for walking or jogging. Nice work out circuit along the path. Nice playground and interactive light touching game for different ages. We had fun with it!!!
This is a terrific park. There are two entirely separate jungle gyms for kids so you can park on either the north or south sides and have one nearby. There is a path for exercise that also gives extra optional exercises that can be done on the way. Plenty of shade for the multitude of picnic tables to have a meal.
Klipstine park is great for a run and body-weight calisthenics workout on the fitness trail. Pull-up bars, sit-up bench, dip bars, stepping blocks, climbing ropes.
Clean and well shaded park unexpectedly placed. Fitness path around the outside and loops of trail on the interior. This small park is a neat spot to eat lunch during the work week or take a stroll.
