Confirmed from Knoch Knolls Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park boasting a nature center and disc golf, along with paved and dirt trails.
What runners say about Knoch Knolls Park
“We liked the park very much, the place for a picnic is very beautiful, there is a bonfire area that makes evening gatherings cozy.”
Amazing place it's a 5/5 in my book. Trails are great, you can bike/walk/or just even have a picnic! Nature is beautiful, parking can be tight on weekends. There is a nature center as well as a park. The lake is beautiful. Overall an amazing place!
Knoch Knolls is a beautiful park with something for everyone. There's a ton of trails, ranging from the paved Dupage River trail to dirt trails through the woods and along the DuPage River. There is parking available, but it fills up fast.
Nice park with playground, trail to run, bike. You can fish in the river. Have separate place for bonfire and picnic as well. Quite busy on weekends, has nature center where kids can learn about birds, turtle, snakes.
Our daily dog walk route. Beautiful large park along the DuPage River. Lots of paved trails, nature center, playground, bridges, picnic area.
