Confirmed from Kolapechka Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Well-maintained place with a playground for kids, plus baseball fields and soccer pitches.
What runners say about Kolapechka Park
“Nice and clean with a bench for sitting and various dog activity structures.”
“There is also a nice paved trail for dog walking, jogging and bike riding that rings the park.”
Peaceful, clean and well-maintained. Love walking here. A slight elevation to get your heart rate up as well.
Really nice park for walking, two loops to go around. I haven't been there in a while but since then the walking paths have all been paved. Last time I was there most of the path was gravel which tended to really kick up the dust when walking. Nice improvement by the township! Lots of parking.
Really nice walking path looping around the sports fields. There is a dog park that looks nice but we were happy to just walk our four-legged furry son on the path.
Awesome dog park, gets a little muddy. Has features for the dogs to play on and a lot of trails. There are some nice parts for humans too I guess.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
