Confirmed from Kottinger Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic facilities and a trail for running.
What runners say about Kottinger Community Park
“Beautiful small walk through park with tables, paths, stream, and grass hills.”
“The park supports different areas along the length with large open areas in the south east section and thinner more tree lined areas in the north west section.”
“Love this clean peaceful place!”
This unique park meanders along Kottinger Dr for about 2 miles. There is a nice walking path that runs the full length and crosses over a stream with a very cute bridge that kids like to play on.
One of the best parks in town. Split level, runs E-W along a hillside for several blocks. Super place for a picnic, and end to end there’s at least a half mile loop of shaded paved trail, definitely go running here.

Fantastic local park in Pleasanton. Took pooch here for a walk while. Dog friendly, some up and down. Good exercise
