Confirmed from La Paloma County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about La Paloma County Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (139 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“Kids love too play here, but unfortunately our community doesn't keep clean bottles of water all around.”

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“Its quite and nice my kids enjoyed getting wet the only thing I don't like it's that they don't have a bench with shade nearby to watch the kids when getting wet”

Some updates seem to be underway, but they look like they’ve stopped for a quite a while. The walking trail has been blocked off and not much change has been made. The kids playground and picnic area are great. Please fix the walking trail soon.

★★★★☆ — Luci , Jul 2017

The morning jog is always good here, usually clean when I go and workers are friendly

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
