Confirmed from Kennedy Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Charming local park with a community garden, children's play space & outdoor fitness stations.

Awesome and quiet place to go for a bicycle ride. Nice paved trail for bikes and walkers/joggers.
This is one of our favorite places to run at night. It's quiet and pretty. Good lighting. Lots of birds and critters in the water. The trail is great. You can take it around one block, which is a mile, or cross the street and take another block.
Great place to walk around with the family or let the kids play on the playground. Only drawback is the walking path on the backside needs chingos of work. Very uneven. Great playground, basketball court, and workout area though.
Very beautiful like jewel next to river. Has a place to sit and grill. The trail follows the river for a very scenic view as you walk. I'll definitely visit again

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
