We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Lake Eva Community Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy lakeside park offering a playground & aquatics center with an outdoor swimming pool.

Amazing during working business hours. After 3pm monday to friday its CHECTIC! Weekends are also chaotic. People blasting inappropriate music and big kids running in little kids playground butttttttt during the week morning hours its heaven on earth. Quiet clean people come to meditate its that peaceful.
Overall a.nice place to go for a jog,run or spend time with family.. Only downside I saw was dated and unkempt toilets.. avoid toilets if you can..until local authorities renovate toilets..
I came to this park about 9am and walked around for about 3 hours, it’s a beautiful park with a large lake, beach side, no swimming tho. There’s 2 playgrounds that I saw were nice. They were repainting the one, they have basketball courts, tennis courts with everyone playing pickle ball.
Lake Eva Park is a wonderful place for families and a perfect spot to unwind after appointments or just enjoy quality time together. This park offers everything you need for a great family outing.
