Confirmed from Lake Friendswood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful park featuring a boardwalk trail around a lake.

“Peaceful spot in the middle of a residential area where you can sit and enjoy the water or walk around the lake if you're feeling up for it.”
It is an excellent place to walk and enjoy the wonderful view. It is a very exclusive and careful park in terms of the flora and fauna of that place. I have gone during the mornings and it is spectacular to walk around the lake.
Great place to walk around and maybe fishing if you have a canoe 🛶 or a little boat. I came here to do fishing 🎣 and I got nothing after a couple hrs trying. Could be too early to be around here for fishing. There were many leaves and fallen trees and branches under the water.
Great place for fishing, exercise, or relaxing. They have stretching stations along the trail for adults only. There is a covered pavilion, clean restrooms, and park office. There are two docks for fishing and launching kayaks or canoes.
This is an extremely clean lake. It's perfect for paddleboarding laps around the lake. You can fish, kayak, paddleboard, ride bikes or just walk the path around the water. But you can NOT swim. The security person made it a point to tell me that when my wife slipped off her SUP. This older man was a real jerk.
