Small campground, a bit narrow for bigger rigs. Some sites are big and some small, and we barely had enough room for our cars and tents, but it was close to the bathroom. Nice facilities and restrooms, need code to get in.
Very clean park with two nice walking trails. Spacious boat/kayak ramp. Park benches for breaks throughout the trail. Picnic tables were open. Dog friendly. People fishing along the river. Saw a guy catch a catfish. No gators or manatees but there was quite a bit of human activity so probably not a bad thing.
Nice park with camping and lots of day use areas. Fire pits, grills and picnic tables everywhere. Has some nice walking trails. Make sure you bring bug spray if you hit the trails. Nice boat ramp and access to water activities.
Unfortunately it was not a very good visit. Our reservation apparently got messed up (no one's fault, computer error) and we had to check in on one site for the first night then change to another for our other 2 nights. Wouldn't have been an issue except we were tent campers. It's not easy packing up and relocating.
