Confirmed from Lake McMurtry Park East Pavillion Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Lake McMurtry Park East Pavillion Trail Head
“Not as beautiful as it could be due to drought, but I'll still be back again!”
Great evening hike. Red Trail was in great condition, much better than I expected after the floods! We didn't complete the entire trail because we wanted to make sure we were out before dark.
Once again lake, McMurtry trails for the for win . A beautiful day for a walk in the woods
One of my favorite trails in Oklahoma. The Red trail is the easiest of the 4 loops at McMurtry to ride. Is an easy, flowy trail usually. Due to all the rain recently there a lot of exposed roots & divots.
Easy trail in Lake McMurtry. My daughter and I hiked this trail back in May 2021. This was he first time hucking and she enjoyed it so much she asked to come back the next day. We'll be back!
