We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Lake on Evans Mill Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“This is mostly an easy hike, however there is a slight elevation change along the way.”

My wife and I just hiked this trail again yesterday after being here last Sunday. It can be accessed from a couple of entry points, so that's always refreshing! The trail itself is soooo beautiful and rather quiet of people. Occasionally, we encounter other folks on it.

This is a fantastic trail! It is easy to get to from The Path. We enjoyed a secluded hike through the forest that opened up to an open meadow with the remanents of a barn and ruins of a house. This is mostly an easy hike, however there is a slight elevation change along the way.

Able to enjoy the outdoors this close to Atlanta. Trail is family friendly for all ages.
