Confirmed from Lakeshore Bridge Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

One of the most beautiful areas in Provo. Such a fun running trail or taking pictures with the family. Usually very secluded, quiet, and beautiful. Trailhead has parking, small park and bathrooms. Little pockets of homemade swings and fun along the trail.

★★★★★ — Jed , May 2019

You can some beautiful running out there. Great dog walking place. Great photography place as well.

★★★★★ — Sasha , Feb 2024

If you treat this as a trailhead instead of as a "park", you'll be very impressed. Small parking lot, very clean restrooms, bike repair station, and plenty of shade. It's quiet here, and all you can hear is the river and the birds.

★★★★★ — Ethan , Jun 2024

Great lake view somewhat quiet good trail to get away on during the day. Wear mosquito repellent sunscreen and have plenty of water with yea to stay hydrated safety first.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
