Confirmed from Lakeside Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular waterfront park, with hiking trails, picnic tables, benches and fishing.
What runners say about Lakeside Park
“Beautiful poop factory disguised as a lovely park with fishing and hiking trails boat access and 75 acres of good free fun for active families”
A nice park to walk in. Not very strenuous, but nice for a leisurely stroll. You could probably swim, too. Fishing is, also, allowed. It's a little trashy from where people don't pick up after theirselves. It can get a little crowded sometimes. The lake is pretty, and you can see some wildlife.
Love this place! They have amazing Trails Through the Woods. There are picnic tables, places to fish, and a place to get in the water with boats and kayaks. I did not see any bathrooms.
A small but friendly and good space for kids, family and people to take a small walk or enjoy picnic. The place was clean and safe. It had a nice vibe, sitting areas where you could rest after taking a walk.
Nice place to get good photos and have a nice hike to experience nature.
