Confirmed from Ledges Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trailhead for 200-yard walk to Ledges Overlook, a rock promontory with expansive valley views.

Ledges trail is one of the most unique trails in Cuyahoga. The caves are beautiful and I’d give you an eerie feeling when you hike through it. My kids loved climbing through the rock. It is not at all a boring trail. Very kid friendly. We loved the rock formations. There are some warnings for the bats.
One of the best hikes in the Cuyahoga valley national park. Really nice park at the start of the trail head. The loop is around 2.5 - 3miles with some amazing rocks and trees with a overlook spot which is a good place to stop and enjoy the view.
Phenomenal scenery, very accessible trailhead, almost too nice to believe. Have wanted to visit Cuyahoga National Park for years but wasn't sure where the best views and reasonable hiking trails were, for a family outing. This is the place. Short loop but so many places to explore at every corner.

Trail conditions & character
“This had great rock formations, the view overlook was nothing much plus the haze today and you have stairs, roots and rocks to deal with if that is something you don’t like.”
“There’s plenty of parking, a restroom by the parking lot, and the main trails are pretty accessible.”
“Loop trail, but many break offs you can take back to the parking lot.”
