Confirmed from Lee Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quiet park featuring a boat ramp and riverside trails, as well as picnic areas.
What runners say about Lee Creek Park
“It's a very beautiful place and it is clean and very well maintained”
“Beautiful park with perfectly spaced out trees begging for a hammock.”
“There's a whole bunch of birds, geese I think, It's pretty relaxing and the water is very calm under the bridge which gives a nice view as well of nature.”
Daughter wanted to just go for a ride. Quiet, nature will not hesitate to inform you on just how important this area is. Serene walking in the AM and lots of water fowl that varies season to season are the things that make here pleasing. Drop a boat. Drop a line🎣stay in the shade and have a great time.
Van Buren had really cleaned this area up. It's still not fully accessible, but the overgrowth is cleared and the grass is mowed. Good job! This is a great area to bike, run or walk. Low traffic and great views of the river
Nice walking trail along the Arkansas river. Still alot of trees down from the last wind storm.
Nice peaceful walk. Didn't know this was here. I feel it's a missed revenue opportunity however; if they could get some electric and sewer for the nice camping spots
