Confirmed from Lighthouse Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Lighthouse Park
From the first time I came there lot changed, have sitting swings extra benches, the drinking fountain works. Walking path under shade, security surveillance, boat dock, fish cleaning counter, picnic tables portapotties, keep your dogs on leash, it's like a meditating place. Boats coming and going I liked it alot.
Boat Launch with huge parking lot and docks, I am unsure if you can fish at the docks or not because I did not see anyone fishing. Boat Launch directly onto Pascagoula River, saw jellyfish the day I was there. Paved walkways with benches under the bridge/overpass & pickle ball courts in the shade.

“View from the top is mid, not sure I'd pay the $4 to do it - lucky for me the lady at the desk let us go up for free since we didn't have cash with us🙂”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
