We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Lincoln Avenue Sports Complex yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean and serene green space with trails, a baseball field, playgrounds and ballfields.
What runners say about Lincoln Avenue Sports Complex
“It's free covered and kind of wet but just a classic feel of summer and yes clean too.”
“Great place for recreation and enjoying the great outdoors in a serene atmosphere and neighborhood!”
Well maintained fields and playground. Very nice trail along French creek behind the ball fields. Very private spot I don't see many people there.
I go down at the Crest of dawn and swing on the swings now to lose weight and tone up drive from my while at the end of June and it's so beautiful and peaceful down there at that time. It's free covered and kind of wet but just a classic feel of summer and yes clean too.
Has four ballfields that are clean and well maintained. There's a trail that circles the ballfields going into the woods that has plenty of wildlife around like frogs, squirrels, rabbits, many birds, and deer. There is also a nice sized playground for kids to play on.
Easy trail around the ballfields, with access to French Creek, that could be used for walking, running, biking, or even cross country skiing if weather permits. Playground near the parking lot.
