Confirmed from Linden H. Chandler Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Open area for hikers, horses and dogs, featuring peacock sightings and hillside views.

“Great trail very beautiful area with huge peacocks !”
“I have used these trails and open space to walk my dogs and get excercise off and on for the last 20 years.”
There were a lot more hills than I expected! Every review said easy, I guess... Maybe I just have weak lungs. I had to stop to catch my breath after some of those hills! Will definitely be back. Lovely place.
I love the nature preserve! I have used these trails and open space to walk my dogs and get excercise off and on for the last 20 years. I was lucky enough to grow up with a horse trail connecting to it right from my back yard.
This preserve feels like a neighborhood secret with its wildflower meadows and restored habitat. Trails are easy and meandering. We saw a couple of trail-maintenance folks from the local conservancy—nice to see the care. Street parking was simple in the morning. Bring water; there aren’t facilities on site.
Great trail very beautiful area with huge peacocks ! Great place for a horse ride or a dog walk . Def would reccomend for a good exercise:)
