Confirmed from Lindenwood Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“A peace nature preserve and easy walk around the pond.”

Nice nature preserve just a short drive west of downtown Ft Wayne. There are several different trails to take. Some are short and some are longer. There is adequate amount of parking. There was a porta potty set up for use if needed. I liked the wingspan painting, that was interesting.

Very pretty and fun to walk through, there's a lot to see. There's a few picnic tables to take a break and eat at which was nice. There was lots of mosquitoes tho so definitely bring bug spray.

Beautiful park with well maintained trails. Many trails to choose from. Highly recommend 💚💯💯

Such a peaceful place to go for a short walk! Mix of longer and shorter trails with a nice little pond in the middle. Got to enjoy a beautifully foggy sunrise while sitting on the dock benches. Feels like a mini escape since it’s kind of secluded from the main road, which is perfect for a little getaway from the world!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
