Confirmed from Linwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Linwood Park
“It's clean and overall well-kept.”
“Also dogs love it and the huge space to run.”
Amazing park for locals and their children. Also dogs love it and the huge space to run. My daughter loves being there. I could say it is a space for children from one to seven years old.
This is a great little park! Away from the busyness of more well known parks, it’s perfect for a secluded play date or family outing. The play structure has things for younger kids and for slightly older, though probably aimed at 6 and younger. There’s also a large grassy area for running and exploring.
Nice clean park, playground is open now, only thing I would change would be turning the huge grass area into an off-leash part of the park, lots of dogs visit and I'm sure they would all love to run free
Quiet family friendly park. A bit secluded and hard to see from the main road. I actually didn't know it was there until I saw it while walking the neighborhood. It's clean and overall well-kept.
Trail conditions & character
“A fun playground for the kids and a long but shallow grass area, good for getting your dog some exercise or throwing the frisbee around.”
“There’s no designated parking lot, just street parking.”

The practical stuff

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
