Confirmed from Little Chiques Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Little Chiques Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (247 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“Beautiful park to have a picnic, disc golf, or walk.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 4 mentions

“Usually very quiet and private.”

Nice little park with pavilions to rent and portapotties in season. Some playground equipment and parking, a fitness trail and nearby stream.

★★★★☆ — Karen , Jan 2024

I liked the path to walk and the creek is pretty. My kids liked the rockin' motorcycles on the playground. We had the place to ourselves on a Tuesday. We met 3 dogs walking. Portapotties if needed. Tons of picnic areas.

★★★★★ — Katie , Aug 2023

The stream hugs the entire perimeter of this park and attracts all sorts of wildlife, making it a great place to take a stroll and relax enjoy nature. There are several large pavilions spaced out around the park where you can setup a nice picnic and/or grill some food.

★★★★★ — Kyle , May 2021

This is a beautiful park to go to. There are multiple pavilions to have get togethers with friends and family. The only part that I didn't care for was the difficulty getting to the pavilion my group was at. If you have a hard time walking or in a wheelchair try to get the pavilions right where the parking is located.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 5 mentions

“The first hole of the course is pretty hidden (the entrance trail is located off the left side of the first parking lot, before you go past the second speed "bump").”

  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
