Confirmed from LoBo trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

A very pleasant crusher fines trail for bike, hiking and enjoying the beautiful country side.
Such a great trail that connects east Longmont to Niwot and then to Boulder. Mostly finely crushed gravel with a few paved section. Passes through multiple parks and by restrooms along the way. Continently runs by Longmont and Niwot establishments for food/beverages. Scenic and by the river in spots. Mostly flat.
