Confirmed from City of Longmont Rogers Grove Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tree-shaded public park with a river and a lake offering paved paths for biking and walking.
What runners say about City of Longmont Rogers Grove Park
“The Apple Tree grove is beautiful, especially in the spring, with the blossoms.”
“The parkway stretches out with options for every pace, peaceful short strolls, invigorating long walks or a brisk run, bikers will love the trails!”
It is a very serene place for walk, cycling or even just sit in there quietly.
Great for nature play! There is no playground equipment here so it allows kids to play in nature without getting distracted by slides & swings. Some activities include: exploring the trails, climbing fallen trees, throwing rocks in the water, picking apples in the fall, and enjoying the community garden.
Nice flat, paved walk around reservoir lake. Lots of ducks, geese, cranes. A few picnic tables. Ample parking. Stream running near walkway. Restroom access.
I really like this place but my dog Jerry loves this place. I try to bring him everyday during the summer so he can run and play in the water. He also likes to watch the kids jump into the water from the bridges. Lots of people will bring tubes and float down the river which seems super fun.

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
