Beautiful wildlife area. We were the only people there on the 4th of July. The trail is well maintained and winds through the forest, marsh and grass land. Lots of flies. We brought our dog and he loved it.
Beautiful views at the tops of the hills and of the river nearby. Enjoyable little loop of the Ice Age Trail for a shorter walk. As to be expected, very wet and muddy in some areas. Wear some waterproof shoes, or take the secondary trail that winds around/away from the mud.
Secret gem of Lodi! Autumn hiking; very peaceful. Hiking trail goes through nice changing landscape of meadows & forests. Came during hunting season so other hikers wore bright orange construction vests. Made me wish I wore one too!
Great IAT SEGMENT Lodi marsh a bit of fall colors! Mostly solid ground! Blue sky with Clouds! Many parking areas! Big advantage! If you park then start at twin pines parking you plan it right you finish at lee road ! Then you can hike back to Springfield road and twin pines lot !!
