fantastic trail!!! I seriously wasn't prepared for the length of this trail, despite how much my wife had warned me... it is beautiful, however indeed long. Long Creek trail is not moderate in length, more like extreme, jk, but do take plenty of water and give yourself some time to take it all in.
Beautiful trail with vistas of Broad Bay and wetlands as well as marine forest trees, shrubs, and wildlife. The eagles are visible often, especially in October.
I love this trail. It's easy, pretty, and great to be in nature! There's a nice small sandy area that you can swim in or pull your boat up to.
