There is a trail from the park to here, however the HOA which has homes on the street that crosses that trail has gated it off and keeps it locked at all times. They have also blocked the public from accessing either via the gate on Golden Lantern as Google maps will tell you to do and as it was and as it should be.

Beautiful Views !!! Excellent hike ! You can get here by parking along Golden Lantern at Pooch Park, then taking Colinas Ridge Trail, with connects to Long View Park Trail.
