Confirmed from Lost Bridge Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved walking and biking trail for jogging and hikes in a flat, shady setting.

“Well maintained, clean, beautiful scenery, couldn't ask for more.”
“Great trail for walking running or bike riding.”
“Looks like it would be good and shady in the summertime.”
“Only drawback is it’s too close to 29 so there is some traffic noise but otherwise a great, peaceful paved trail.”
This is as lovely trail to bike or hike. I was traveling through and found on Google. Wished I had more time to explore it. Good parking at the trail head. No cost to use.
Nice trail from Springfield to Rochester and back. Only drawback is it’s too close to 29 so there is some traffic noise but otherwise a great, peaceful paved trail.
My favorite bike trail in the Springfield area. Scenic ride from the trail head near IDOT to Rochester. There are two bridges that cross over the river. There are some restaurants near the trail in Rochester to stop for a bite to eat as well.
Great trail for walking running or bike riding. It is paved, so as a person in a wheelchair I would consider it wheelchair friendly.
